1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate company or influencer details and keep them updated.
  • Verification documents may be requested at any time; incomplete verification limits access.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any activity under your account.

2. Campaigns & Deliverables

  • Companies must fund campaigns before they go live and ensure budgets cover promised payouts.
  • Influencers agree to publish honest, non-misleading content and follow local advertising laws.
  • All media assets (TV, radio, influencer, digital) must respect copyright and usage rights.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Platform fees, card processing, and mobile money charges are disclosed before checkout.
  • We release influencer earnings only after validating campaign performance and fraud checks.
  • Chargebacks or clawbacks may occur if campaigns violate policies or advertisers dispute results.

4. Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate accounts involved in fraud, spam, or policy abuse.
  • Outstanding balances may be held during investigations to protect brands and influencers.
  • You may close your account anytime by contacting support, but contractual obligations remain enforceable.
